I am a proud part of the daily weigher club! I admit, it still upsets me to see my weight go up, even when it is still in my acceptable range, and even when the doctors think I could stand to gain a pound or two. But I certainly don't let it ruin my whole day, it's mostly just a short conversation with myself in the morning, and also, if my weight is up a little bit I try to just use it as motivation to really stick to my (maintenance) plan that day.
