Meg & Shannon~ Cinnamon roll and banana nut flavours come from BSN lean dessert (I have to order them from the US but they are worth it!), chocolate is from Optimum Nutrition (100% natural), and I've got AllMax Chocolate Chip Mint lurking somewhere!! Oh, and a Rasberry whey cooler (for ice drinks). LOL.

Next on the list... peanut butter chocolate I do a lot of baking with powders.

Weekend was good - Sarah lost a total of 8 lbs from job-related stress, and I'm honestly hoping a little comes back on...not that weight loss is bad, but weight loss from not eating due to extreme stress isn't the best in the world.

Plan for today:

B - Egg whites w/ 1 sl turkey bacon, broccoli, toasted mini bagel
S - Orange
L - English muffin open-faced tuna melt
S - Popcorn
S - Yogurt w/ raspberries and high fiber cereal
D - Chicken stirfry w/ broccoli, brown rice
S - NSA Ice Cream

E - 45 min dogwalk in the rain, 60 min cardio

More cookies yesterday. Oops. Not too far over calories though, I still came in around 1500.

I'm leaving for LA tonight! Keep your fingers crossed for me that my flight doesn't get cancelled because of weather. It snowed a bit more here this morning but they ought to have it cleaned off by the time our plane is supposed to leave, assuming we don't get any freezing rain or something like that.

I probably won't be posting my food for the next week or so, we'll see.

Tuesday:
B - oatmeal, raisins, pumpkin butter, skim milk
L - peanut butter sandwich on ww bread
S - carrot sticks
D - not sure, at airport.
E - none today

I just can't eat any cold food when it's so cold out, so protein shakes have rotated out of the meal plan these days.

Today's plan:
M1 (post-gym): Egg, egg whites, oatmeal, few dried cherries
M2: Ezekiel English muffin, FF cream cheese
M3: Chili over shredded cabbage
M4: Apple slices, LF string cheese
M5: Salmon, veggies
S: Diet cocoa

Exercise: 35 min mixed cardio; shoulders: curl to OH press, one arm press, front/side raise s/s, rear delt machine, a bunch of shoulder PT exercises, abs

No cookie shall pass my lips today! (because there are enough on my ever-widening hips already!!)

QFT. And for the fact that I have a gift of cookies on my desk as we speak and another plate of them in the break room for after lunch.

Well, cookie avoidance was a FAIL yesterday. Ya'll can check out Operation 5-10 for my pity party this morning if you are interested.

Blah.

Today:
1/2 bagel with LC, protein shake
tuna cup, grapes
pbj, cc
orange
turkey, broccoli, red chile
1 hr HIIT camp
Lots of water.

Notice what's NOT there???? Crappy sugar overloaded junk food with no redeeming nutritional quality whatsoever.

Midwife, thank goodness that we get a new day and a fresh start every morning. It's tough to shake off that sugar addiction but once you make it through today, it will be so much easier! There's an old Weight Watchers saying that is useful for times like these:

I've come too far to take orders from a cookie!

My plan for today doesn't involve either!

M1 (post-gym): Egg, egg whites, oatmeal, few dried cherries
M2: Ezekiel English muffin, FF cream cheese
M3: Cabbage soup
M4: Hummus, veggies
M5: Chili over shredded cabbage
S: Diet cocoa

I haven't been here for a week or so, and while my eating has been stellar, it has been reasonably in my maintenance range, but not - sigh - in the losing range. Is that too much to ask for the holiday season?

B - oatmeal with skim milk, raisins, walnuts; 1/2 ww bagel
S - ff latte (waiting to renew my driver license)
L - going out with a retiring co-worker, plan is for quiche and salad
S - apple, cheese
L - 3 oz pork, brown rice, roasted acorn squash

Ex: 1 hour swimming
