Trying to figure out when in the world I'll be able to get exercise in today...so ridiculously busy.
B - WW tortilla, PB, apple
L - Leftovers - Pork and broccoli stirfry, brown and wild rice
S - Muscle Milk lite
S - Popcorn
D - Beef and barley soup with lots of veggies
S - Slice LF applesauce-based cake.
E - 60 min cardio - have to find time, possibly will be in shifts.
Friday:
B - shredded oats, blueberries, skim milk
L - @work, Panera - smoked turkey sandwich (scraped off the mayo), asian chicken salad (didn't eat the fried wontons, easy on the dressing), and . . . toffee nut cookie
S - apple
D - planning to make homemade marinara sauce and eat it with pasta, plus roasted cauliflower
E - swim tonight I hope

Yesterday I didn't eat many snacks, but otherwise OP. Made some chocolatey fudge protein bars for my grandpa (we're trying to put some weight on him) and they actually came out pretty decently...perhaps due to the chocolate chips I piled in. Hey, they still have protein!

S - Asian Pear
L - Leftover beef and barley soup

D - Chili made with extra lean beef, beans, veggies
S - NSA Ice Cream
Friday:
B: kashi go lean w/ skim, craisins & banana, hot cinnamon tea
S: string cheese
L: grilled chicken salad w/ 2 ounces of baguette from Panera
S: dunno, might not have one. Feel pretty full from lunch
D: sandwiches most likely
S: depends on dinner, probably yogurt. I need to build back up some good bacteria in the tummy.
