Yesterday we replaced our ice cream with a parfait of SF pudding, angel food cake, and berries. Yum! Also replaced the lentil-laf with sourdough and made flank steak sandwiches, served with a cold green bean salad. It was a picnic on our living room floor.
Today:
B - Alternative bagel w/ peanut butter, jam while running out door to farmers market
L - Salad - flank steak, greens, variety of veggies, 2 tbsp lowfat honey mustard dressing, slice of sourdough.
S - Fruit and/or popcorn
D - Grilled lemon chicken breast, polenta, broccoli
S - Toasted angel food cake, blackberries and peaches, a dollop of whipped cream
E - 30-45 min on incline trainer, walking around farmers market, hauling giant produce bag.
