Default recipe help!

OK Maintainers, I need your gourmet expertise. I was in a rush to get to the market this weekend and did not have time to pick out recipes for the week, so I just bought whatever looked good. Now I have to figure out what to cook with it!

Here are the main (fresh) ingredients I have in the fridge (I also have a fully stocked pantry and the usual garlic, onions, carrots, ginger, etc):
- boneless skinless chicken breast
- sun dried tomato chicken sausage
- firm tofu
- bok choy
- bagged lettuce mix
- half a cucumber
- two zucchinis
- green beans
- new potatoes
- spring onions
- baby bella mushrooms
- red pepper hummus
- half a napa cabbage (it's kind of old but I think it's still good)

What should I cook? I need to make dinner and lunch for the rest of the week with this stuff (usually if I cook a recipe that serves 4 for dinner, then I have enough for lunch the next day too). The only vague plan I had was to cook the sausage to go with some gnocchi or pasta I have in the pantry.

How about a big ole stir fry with all those veggies, chicken etc.
or fahita's without the shell, will work with sausage or chicken
or make up some shiskabobs on the grill alternation chicken chunks, sausage, potatoe, pepper, shroom, onions etc....

Possibilities are endless...

OK - I'd say that:

The tofu, cabbage, bok choy, and mushrooms become a lovely stirfry. All you need is something to marinate the tofu in, some sauce components, and maybe some rice to serve it over. Easy!

The chicken, lettuce, cucumber, carrots, maybe some grilled spring onion and/or grilled zucchini, and the mixed greens - a grilled chicken salad. Grilled zucchini is especially delicious on a salad like this.

I'd take the sausage, new potatoes (whole), garlic, and a sliced onion and saute them all up together, then maybe add a little cooking liquid (chicken broth? Splash of wine?), cover, and let braise until potatoes are tender and sausage is cooked through. Serve with sauteed green beans on the side.
