Yesterday I was MOP (mostly on plan). When I got to my friend's for beer club I had eaten all my snacks before the gym, and was starving, so I had 1 tbsp of peanut butter to hold me until dinner. I ended up having 1 1/2 pieces of the cheesy garlic bread appetizer b/c I was starving again before dinner was ready. Not the best choice, though I didn't have many choices (should have planned better and brought more OP food). I did better with dinner, moving on.
Thursday:
B - 1/2 cup multigrain cheerios + 1/2 cup fiber one, 1 cup skim milk, small banana, coffee
L - whole wheat tortilla w/ 2 oz. tuna, 1/2 tbsp. light mayo, 2 cups grilled zucchini, yellow squash, and eggplant with a little light italian dressing
S - 6 oz. lowfat yogurt, mango, 1 oz. raw walnuts
gym - elliptical, probably back today since I ran out of time yesterday
post-gym snack - hm protein muffin
D - grilled boneless skinless chicken breast, grilled vegetable salad w/ feta & mint

I like the MOP Megan. That's what I was - MOP. Calories were on, snacks got shifted around. Not a big deal, just life. ANd also a decent LBWO after work.
B - 2 eggs, 1/2 eng muff,
S - ww toast, pineapple
L - turkey sandwich w/lf cheese, light mayo, mustard
S - cottage cheese, strawberries
D - chicken sausage w/sauteed onions and peppers, leftover rice or ww spaghetti (each has enough for one), asparagus
Ex: UBWO at noon

Yesterday was OP with food, had a blt with grilled chicken on wheat instead of a salad for lunch. Got in 45 mins of exercise last night - 30 mins elliptical HIIT, some stretching.
Today:
E: strength training when I get home, either some kickboxing or treadmill cardio after, might try to clean my floors. The floormate is a lot of exercise in itself.
B: smoothie, coffee
S: string cheese, blueberries & a few of the cherries I got last night at Publix
L: grilled chicken salad or the same sandwich I had yesterday
S: yogurt, kashi go lean
D: dunno. DH is going to a friend's house so I'm totally clueless. Probably the last of the Mickey Mouse head shaped baked chicken nuggets that DSS won't eat to get them out of my freezer - only 120 cals per serving, so not too bad. I also have some squash I might slice up and cook to go with, maybe some plain pasta left over from last night. Pretty much a whatever I can throw together night.
S: depends on what I eat for dinner - yogurt, skinny cow or graham cracker most likely

Part of this may be shoulder swelling, too. Had to go back to the doctor, and he thinks I deeply and fairly severely bruised my shoulderblade (the bone). Bone bruises can take months to heal...oh joy! Not to mention the stomach/bloating issues from the painkillers. It may also be my scale - this morning I was 3 lbs lighter at the doctor than I was at home, and at the doctor I was clothed, with shoes, post-coffee. So maybe some of this frustration is pure technical error. One can hope!
Yesterday was POP.
B - Egg whites w/ turkey and veggies, toasted mini bagel
S - Watermelon
L - Leftovers - Stewed Mediterranean chicken thighs, saffron jasmine rice, broccoli
S - Greek yogurt w/ strawberries
S - Popcorn
D - Pita pizza on ww pita with chicken, veggies, sauce, and LF mozzarella, salad (needed something quick for post hair-salon, because we always get home so late)
S - NSA Ice Cream, Strawberries
E - 60 min cardio, 20 min abs

Amanda - I would be willing to bet part of the current gain is the pain killers. When I had my surgery in January I hovered at 8-10 pounds heavier with the pain killers and the water retention from the surgery. I'm sure your shoulder is swollen, too. Sorry to hear about the bruise - I know that is painful.

I had a mishap with my chicken recipe last night -- I bought 1 1/4 lb chicken thighs, just like it called for, but I accidentally bought the bone-in, skin-on kind. By the time I skinned and deboned them, I only had half as much chicken as the recipe required! So, only two servings and no leftovers. Foo. I'm going to post the recipe over on the favorite recipes thread though since it is super-yummy.
Friday:
B - kashi autumn wheat cereal, blueberries, skim milk
S - frozen blackberries, strawberries, sour cherries
L - @work, not sure if it will be panera or pizza (to be honest, I end up eating fewer cals for the day if it's pizza, so hopefully that's what it will be)
S - yogurt/blackberries/granola
D - pasta, sauce, frozen veggies, parmesan
E - biked 8.4 miles

Jessica - I did that same thing a few months ago when I was making a chicken dish for friends coming over... Conveniently I had bought what I considered extra, so I was left with bare minimum after deboning...
I went a little over plan yesterday to the tune of 6 grams of peanut butter and 11 grams of nutella. Everything else was POP.
Today:
E: 3.25 treadmill HIIT DONE!
B: smoothie, , 64 ounces of water already
S: string cheese, blueberries, cherries
L: probably the BLT with grilled chicken of the last two days. I tend to latch onto new items and eat them over and over until I burn out on them.
S: yogurt, go lean, probably some trail mix if I have the calories
D: Edited, not getting DSS until tomorrow AM - vindaloo chicken over white & wild rice
S: skinny cow or other ice cream bar

POP Yesterday. Planning for today:
B - Egg whites w/ veggies, turkey, mini whole wheat bagel
S - Watermelon
L - Leftovers - whole wheat pita pizza w/ chicken, broccoli, olives, bell pepper, and light cheese, side salad
S - Greek yogurt w/ berries
S - Popcorn
D - Going out with the girls. Have looked at menu and they have really thin crust, grilled pizzas...if requested very light on the cheese, it might be a good option with a side salad. They also have sandwiches and a grilled chicken salad that would work if I special-ordered the heck out of it (it has nuts, cheese, and cranberries, of course). But I think I'll do a small grilled BBQ chicken pizza with light cheese and a salad. No drinking (not that I can with the painkillers anyway)
E - 60 min cardio on step, 60 min LB strength

Yesterday somehow had 1 chocolate chip cookie in it, but otherwise OP. Since it was raining I made a sort of stir fry (without sauce) with the chicken sausage, onions and peppers, plus some chopped cabbage. It was very good, and DH liked it as well.
B - cheerios, walnuts, strawberries, ww toast
S - ff latte
L - out with the girls. They want burgers - I'll do without the bun and the fries, opt for a plain burger with a small salad.
S - cottage cheese and strawberries
D - I like the recipe Jessica posted, and may stop for chicken thighs on the way home (I'll remember they should be boneless. ), sweet potato, veg
Ex: LBWO, plus a try at assisted chin-ups/pull-ups

Finally getting back to post. The Wed am run was great, THX! Thurs, planned off day. Today, one sweaty treadmill mile and started up again with weight and resistance training. I had stopped doing even the little bit I had been doing and I am completely aware of the softer difference.
I have been playing chicken with the binge monster and have been thinking about why. Am happy to report at this moment I beleive it is mostly about exhaustion more than deep emotional stuff (which of course is always there just under the surface, isn't it-- for me anyway )
so for today's food:
2 eggs, about 1/3 to 1/2 cup eggbeaters, 1/2 cup cottage cheese with pepper, cilantro and a tsp of parmesan cheese in a pammed skillet for breakfast.
roasted broc and one portion mystic pizza (270) for lunch
dinner: turkey sausage, heck if I remember what the heck it was
edit- had small brownie, knew I would but hadn't yet... ok so now I am done for the night! tea time
my 4 boys have all had raging fevers and/or mild fevers with upper sinus stuff, vomiting and diarrhea, and +/- pink eye... oh add a penis tick bite....thankfully we are on the tail end ( I hope I hope I hope) and I can sleep thru the night without having little hot boxes lying next to me, once again...I expect at least one hot body tonight but we are hopefully really on the tail end....
Amanda, I am thinking about your injury. I know I said it but, that bites, girl!

Jessica - I made that Seoul-ful chicken tonight (without the cucumber side) and it was wonderful! I heeded your advice, and made sure I got boneless thighs! I tried grilling sweet potato slices to go with it, but alas, I got distracted and I had charcoal chips Thank goodness I had some frozen rice to whip out.
