I have had a strange, strange previous week. With the baby houseguest, it was a lot of BLTs and no meals. And no tracking! But my weight actually went down...and that was WITH no exercise due to being sick.

I am still REALLY ill (cold became full out terrible can't breathe bronchitis) so there will be no exercise.

B - 5 crackers, 3 mini chicken apple sausages
S - Apple
L - English muffin w/ tuna
S - Not sure. We have tons of housewarming leftovers so I may have some crackers and brie.
D - Chicken noodle soup
S - NSA ice cream, strawberries

Yesterday wasn't too bad calorie wise, stayed within my calories but did eat 500 of them in popcorn and 650 in a buritto from Moe's. Not much else the rest of the day. No exercise, lots of sodium. My weight was up last Monday over the week before, and didn't come back down during the week. I was still up today so I'm feeling discouraged and haven't been careful - I know that is why things are up! I'm feeling all hormone wonky - not supposed to be TOM yet, still 4 weeks away from that on Seasonale, but am feeling the symptoms pretty strongly.

Today I'm at a charity golf tournament for a group my company works with, so the food has been spotty.
B - south beach bar cinnamon creme bar, banana
L: chick fil-a sandwich, chips, brownie
S: mayfield frozen yogurt creamsicle
S: honey roasted peanuts
D: they are offering Varsity catering, which I plan to turn down. Planning on going home and fixing something there.
E- desperately want to do some exercise when I get home, but don't know. Still feel run down and achey, been struggling with it all week....

Tuesday:
B - multigrain cheerios, skim milk, strawberries
S - banana
L - leftover paella
S - apple, yogurt
D - pasta, green beans, sauce, parmesan, roasted asparagus
E - I was going to do NRLW 2A at lunch today, but I forgot my gym bag. I'm going to try to approximate it at home when I get home, but I don't have a swiss ball, a row machine, or weights that are particularly heavy. Update: I did NRLW 2A at home, substituting bent-over row for seated row, using a stair for step-ups, and substituting reverse crunches for the prone jackknife.
