Congratulations, Glory!!

Meh. Skipped my workout this morning. However, I'm planning to work out both Saturday and Sunday--something that I rarely do anymore.

B~egg whites with salsa
S~hard boiled egg or chicken with LC cheese wedge
L~chopped salad with shrimp
S~see above snack
D~pizza and salad

DS is going for his second try at his Karate black belt tomorrow, so I need to make sure he eats plenty tonight.

One Mother's Day celebration down, one to go. Today was the unpredictable one, as I had no idea what the current menu was at the place we went. Tomorrow will likely be Longhorn, where I can get a steak salad.
Today:
E: 45 mins Yoga Fitness Plus (burned 250 cals according to HRM)
B: Kashi Go Lean Crunch, lowfat vanilla yogurt, fresh blueberries, coffee
L: goat cheese and smoked salmon spread on whole wheat flatbread - made like a pizza, the goat cheese was spread thin and baked, topped with the smoked salmon and a romaine lettuce blend; hot tea
S: 1/3 of a chocolate chip scone (not super sugary, none of that crystallized sugar topping, pretty basic really), fat free sugar free vanilla latte
D: spaghetti with hunts sauce, fresh blueberries
S: yogurt
