S/C/G: Maintaining 142-148

Height: 5 ft 8.5" athlete who can give a punch & certainly take one too! :)

Default 2 Years of Maintenance completed!

Today I have 2 years of maintenance under my belt, and I think that's a pretty dang good run thus far, no?
2 years down, many more to go. I continue to be on top of my game with healthy food choices 80% of the time & 20% of the time, not so much. This works well for me, as I never feel deprived because I allow myself periodic treats in moderation. Along with my 80/20 plan, I never EVER miss a day of exercise.
I'm an exercise fanatic, it makes me feel energized. I look and feel fantastic, I actually feel 1/2 my age! My body has transformed even moreso now that I'm weightlifting heavier, so that's an added bonus! Look out maintenance year #3, cuz here I come!
