Hi All!

Yesterday was a weird eating day because I was busy...but I think my calories ended up on target, and my scale stayed where it was. And I got some exercise with all of the cleaning and mowing!

Today:

B - 11 Grain Pancakes topped with 1 cup chopped strawberries, 1 tsp melted SmartBeat margarine, and two slices of turkey bacon (I still find it amazing that I can have a plate-full of pancake breakfast for 350 calories).
L - Either we'll stop at the grocery store and I'll make myself a big chef's salad, or we'll come home if we're not all that hungry and have some veggies and hummus.
D - Grilled chicken breasts marinated in lemon, thyme, and garlic, lemon risotto with spinach, and roasted asparagus
S - NSA Ice Cream Bar

E - The path we want to walk (to Starbucks, to the craft store, back to the bowling alley, and home) is about 3.5 miles. Throw the bowling in there, and it's all good!

DH's buddy no-showed on him now for the second week in a row, so we did yardwork instead and then went out for Chinese food. Lifted and moved about 50 15 pounds bricks about ten times until we were happy with them and they pulled up a lot of straw and spread a lot of mulch, so not too worried about the Chinese food...

Editing for today:

B - Pancakes as planned
S - Light beer at bowling alley
L - Salad w/ veggies, grilled corn, kidney beans, and half a cup of bbq chicken
...

Then Sarah and I got in a wicked fight, I had to go for a drive to cool down...not pretty. So I just now ate a quesadilla made with about two ounces of chopped chicken and turkey, some reduced fat cheddar, and some chopped bell pepper on a whole wheat, low carb tortilla.

I'll have an NSA Ice cream bar for dessert.

The 3.5 mile walk and bowling was good, though.
