White vinegar in cold, salted water..bring to a rolling boil for 1 min. Turn off heat and leave covered for 15 mins. Run under cold water immediately. The vinegar will keep the smell out of your eggs and help peel them effortlessly. I second the fiber one snack....it's so sweet and filling.

Do you like low fat cottage cheese? It's filling and low cal. Also, how much yogurt are you eating? You might try eating a bit less yogurt, and adding 1/2 c. of Fiber One to it. Then drink a big glass of water. Also popcorn is pretty filling.

My current fave is Chile & Lime Mixed Nuts. I'm a heat lightweight, so that slows me down. But they are quite tasty.
