Allison - I feel you on that... if I don't fall asleep before DH it takes me at least an hour to finally fall asleep myself... At that point I just stop caring about the noise and let myself unwind...

I learned that being in the house alone is a food trigger for me - I knew that once upon a time but it has been a long time since I've been alone overnight... DH stayed at the hospital with his mother so I took my nicely on plan day and ate a peanut butter graham cracker, patted myself on the back, brushed my teeth, then ate 19 Russell Stover's jelly beans, another graham cracker (no PB on this one) and one of the measured out servings of pretzels I had bagged up for the hospital on Tuesday...

Today:
Exercise: 25 minutes of calisthenics (swiss ball abs and legs, tabata-ish squats), 60 minutes elliptical - somewhat HIIT-ish for the first 40, steady the rest DONE!

B: smoothie,
S: string cheese
L: grilled chicken salad
S: kashi go lean, apple
D: who knows... probably grilled chicken on spinach wrap at the hospital cafeteria again, unless I can get them to give me chicken for a salad instead...
S: granola bar if I stay overnight at hospital, skinny cow if I go home

Water: 36 ounces so far... 80 is the goal...

Yesterday OP. MIL still in the hospital, heading up there soon, might be there overnight. Packing snacks.

Amanda - I plan on trying some of your circuits when I can get back to my regular exercise level. I'm a little afraid already!

Today:
Exercise - 15 mins Swiss Ball abs & legs, 30 mins elliptical HIIT, 1 Tabata squats set, some cool down stretches - DONE!

B: Smoothie, coffee
After that I have no idea... I'm packing granola bars, almonds, trail mix, pretzels, yogurt, kashi go lean, maybe making a couple pf peanut butter sandwiches. We'll see what happens...

Amanda - what you using to track those workouts? That's nice and neat! LOL!

I was OP yesterday - yippee!
Today doing well so far:

Breakfast: Oatmeal cooked with a nana and pumpkin, spoon of pb. Cafe au lait
L: Turkey sandwich with cranberry chutney on wheat bread. 120 calories of chips on the side. I split a small cupcake with my mom for dessert
S: lowfat latte, 2 clems
D: chicken breast, sauteed broccoli, applesauce.
S: Going to have coffee out.

Going to a symphony concert tonight and having coffee. I am going to try really, really hard to just stick with a small cappucino and no sweet with it. Wish me luck!

E: Cardio Overdrive (45 min)

Today was a rough day plan wise -

No exercise, at the hospital all day. I did exercise four out of seven days this week, so at least I'm at greater than 50% for the week. No icon for 'silver lining'...

Food was off the chart -
B: 2 bacon, 1 turkey sausage link, 1 wheat toast, 1 small biscuit, oatmeal w/ raisins, apples, brown sugar, two sips of V8 Fusion... hospital breakfast with MIL, had been there all night so was craving the breads...
L: Southwest grilled salad from McDonald's, slice of pecan pie from church fundraiser
D: Chinese food in celebration of MIL going home - Hunan Shrimp, brown rice, wonton soup, small egg roll, small square of some kind of chocolately cake with an orange slice

Back on track tomorrow... If I survive TOM blues...

Yesterday I was really OP, and so happy that it worked out on a Saturday!
Today I did pretty well. Sunday's tend to be really hard for me.

S: 2 tsp peanut butter
L: Fage with strawberries, honey and grapenuts
S: Lowfat latte, 2 clementines
D: Lentils, brown rice and broccoli stirfry. 1/2 an anjou pear. 3 graham cracker squares.
Snack: Zone dark chocolate strawberry bar.

E: LS Walk & Kick, LS Women's Walk for a total of 60 min of cardio.
