Yesterday was out of calorie range for the day, but didn't pull my week out of line. I kept my calories lower for the week in anticipation of wine and chocolate yesterday... And, I kept the rest of the day in line around the indulgence.I did exercise yesterday, which is good. Might or might not exercise today - it was originally planned to be an off day, but that was before 12 ounces of wine last night...
Today -
B: pb&j, coffee
L: mandarin chicken salad, sticky bun (MIL made them)
D: probably another fast food salad
S: oatmeal cookie
Exercise - either 45 mins elliptical plus 15-20 mins lower body and ab calistheniscs or nothing depending on the mood...
