Hmm, potluck at the church annual meeting - hard to find anything healthy there! Does broccoli in some kind of creamy dressing count? At least I avoided all the desserts....

B - 2 eggs, 1/2 baked potato
L - aforementioned potluck (just moving on from that)
D - salmon, broccoli, cabbage salad

Amanda, sorry you're still having trouble with your body...

Hi everyone,

Monday's plan
B - oatmeal, sk milk, coffee w/ h&h, banana
S - piece of applesauce raisin spice cake (leftover from cast party - and brought it to work to get it out of my house!)
L - 1 slice 12-grain bread, egg salad (2 eggs + 1/2 T light mayo), spinach leaves, slices cucumber & green pepper
S - light yogurt, orange
gym
D - BF mentioned cooking for me, or we'll have leftover slow-cooked pulled pork sandwiches (also leftover from cast party - the woman who made it is an amazing cook and I also know she skimmed as much fat out of the sauce etc. as she could) and salad.
Nothing! No rehearsals! I get to stay home and do laundry and clean (my house is really in need of this) instead! How odd I'm so excited about cleaning...

I did well yesterday and doing good so far today. I stayed below 1900 yesterday and on track today. Woo hoo!!! This is getting easier. I guess you finally do hit a point where you really want to stay on track!
