I hope its fine to join here. I am not at my goal weight yet, but wanting to set myself in a maintaining mind frame already. Being thats always been the issue. So I thought I would focus on maintaing right away. Just wanted to say hi to everyone and lookin gfoward to learning from you guys!

Well - keeping off any weight is maintaining that weight loss! I have not quite got at goal yet, but this forum is really helpful in such a different way than the other sections.

thank you so so much guys! nice to meet everyone! I agree alot of wonderful information here. I love that so true any weight loss maintanted is wonderful! I definatly have to keep remembering that while looseing.
