its my first year maintaining too....
im going to try and be good....
i think the only day i will be taking off exercise is christmas day itself....
if i can resist the temptation of all the sweets and chocolate....
i think i shud maintain....
last year i put on 7lbs....
this year i dont want to put on any....

They would lay length wise on the cookie sheet. The strips are too narrow for the dough to be supported on end.
