Wednesday went off plan a little - I let myself get hijacked by depressed DH and ended up with a regular Oreo Sonic Blast as an evening snack. Everything else stayed the same, even added in some veggies with dinner.

Thursday plan:

Exercise - done!: 35 mins kickboxing, 10 mins yoga as WU & CD, 30 mins elliptical

B: Smoothie, coffee with 1 tsp supar, 1tbsp gingerbread creamer
S: string cheese, apple
L: grilled chicken no mayo, a few almonds
S: Kashi Go Lean
D: maybe salad with turkey pepperoni or grilled chicken?
S: peanut butter on graham cracker (We'll try it again...)

In looking at my diet it is pretty boring... I tend to do the same thing every work day, just vary dinner a little.

Thursday stayed mostly on plan, made a huge salad for dinner that came in 100 calories less than I had budgeted in for it, so I had a cup of White Hot Chocolate cocoa (90 cals! ). We just got in an order of new k-cups for our Keurig and White Chocolate Cocoa was one of the ones I added to the assortment box!

Friday plan:
Exercise - today is my off day this week, unless I get home from work early, then 30 minutes on elliptical.

B: Smoothie, eggnog spice flavored coffee with 1 tsp sugar, 1 tbsp fat free french vanilla creamer
S: light string cheese, broccoli left over from salads
L: grilled chicken sandwich no mayo or maybe small BLT no mayo
S: Kashi Go Lean
S: Apple
D: Chargrilled & Fruit Salad from CFA
S: Kashi Dark Chocolate Oatmeal cookie, maybe some chocolate milk with it if there is room
