Yesterday = not good. A dried fruit and cereal debacle. Compounded with a cookie (at least it was just one?)

Today will be better, though my elliptical is still out of order, so exercise is hard to find. Still, I'm trying (walking to the store, walking up and down a step in my yard, mowing with a push mower, etc).

B - Oatmeal w/ protein and chopped apple
S - Asian Pear
L - Leftovers - Super lean ground beef burger, sourdough, side salad.
S - Popcorn
D - Will be at airport. They have a salad bar thingie, though, so I plan to get a nice healthy (no high fat stuff added) salad before my flight.

E - Running around all day, mowing, powerwalk to store and back...that'll have to be it for today, regrettably (but Dad comes to fix my elliptical today, so that's good!)

There comes a time when we all need to stop saying "I wish" or "I will", and start saying "I am", so we can later say "I did".
