Ha, it is definitely both - no apologies necessary!!!

Yesterday I did pretty well except for a big old handful of whole grain goldfish crackers I ate before dinner. I was hungry, but I could have planned/measured better!

Wednesday

B - Voskos no fat greek yogurt with honey (130 calories), sliced strawberries

L - huge salad with romaine, edamame, sliced water chestnuts, purple cabbage, carrot shreddies, red onion, grape tomatoes, mandarin oranges, sliced teriyaki chicken breast (from Trader Joes), 2 tbs spicy asian peanut vinaigrette, a little bit of cashews and crunchy wonton bits

S - tangelo

S - cheese string (80 calories), mini pickles

S - big handful of whole grain goldfish crackers

D - I made a small steak in my cast iron skillet, had a medium sized baked sweet potatoes and a bunch of brussel sprouts (with a little spicy mustard to dip them into)

Indeed it will Allison.....

My staff brought me flowers for boss's day, but they also brought me a Boston Cream Pie - how could I not have a piece? I took a small one, and ate a few bites, then ditched the rest.

B - scrambled eggs, 1/2 bagel
S - boston cream pie (see above)
L - grilled chicken salad
S - apple, 1 oz cheese
D - leftover chicken pasta or leftover chili (enough of each for 1 serving - we'll see who gets which ), veggies, salad

yesterday POP except for the unexpected delivery of two huge tuppers of blondies and coconut chocolate brownie type things. Along with the delivery of these goodies came letters of thanks from a family I had worked with recently. The letters of thanks made me feel soo good, I had no desire to overeat these scrumpshies, which would make me feel soo bad.
I really did have a tiny piece and gave some to out neighbors' children and my own, kept some for DH and the rest are in a freezer. I must move them out of the house b/c I know they are there. But, I'm feeling pretty in control and good in general... so they are safe from me and I am safe from them for now.

I think tomorrow I will bring them to various kid activities. They will move fast that way

today op too. feeling great after a long run this am. food right on target too. of course it is only 7p. Must stay strong thru the night!!

TGIF, indeed!

Today's plan:

Up early to go for a run (yaaaaaay new shoes. Apparently, since losing weight, I've not only shrunk 1.5 sizes, but have also gone from a wide to a narrow. My old shoes were completely wrong!)

B - whole wheat bagel, light cream cheese, deli turkey breast, coffee
S - Apple
L - Leftovers - Chicken Stirfry
S - Greek yogurt (if I'm home and need it, lots to do today)
D - Roasted pumpkin soup and Italian grilled cheese sammies on sourdough
S - Drinks w/ my cousin a few cities over.
