S/C/G: Maintaining 142-148

Height: 5 ft 8.5" athlete who can give a punch & certainly take one too! :)

Talking Toot, Toot - yes sir ri, I'm blowing my own horn!

18 months & I'm still maintaining! It's a great feeling, I am one happy camper that's for sure. WOW, who would have thunk with effort, healthy choices and daily exercise that it would be doable!

I do not get to post as often as I like, too darn busy, but I read when I can.

Meg, sending you my get well wishes, happy knee healing!

Baragoo, keeping you in my thoughts and prayers, big hugs!

Lily, wishing you all the best too!

Megan, way to go get a place of your own to call home, bravo!

To all the other maintainers, hope your holding your own! If some are still reigning it back in, you can do it, remember you've been there before, you can do it again! We all have ups and downs, were human!

I myself have not been perfect, **** NO, but at the end of each day I am happy with the majority of my choices. I have learned to not beat myself up over it. When I veer off course, I just hang on tighter next wrong turn! If I can do this, so can all of you! Nobody said it was going to be easy, but I feel I am worth the extra effort I put forth!

Heck yeah, toot your own horn all you want to!

I, too, have not been able to post here nearly as much as I'd like to because I'm very busy lately. I also know how easy it is to fall off track, but (of course) the biggest motivation is knowing how great you look now and how you would never want to be fat again!

Congrats.

Eighteen months of maintenance? Wow. The only thing I've been able to do for eighteen months ... um, well, eat.

Congrats!
