good Morning, I worked the weekend and now i'm off untill Friday. Yeah. But I babysit for the GK's for the next 2 days, so no rest for me. But they do keep me busy. Lots of bike riding and playing ball. On those day's I don't exercise.

Mitchelle, You got your bracelet? YEAH!! and good choice on the charm. I always have the next one picked out, so I work really hard to make sure I get it! ha!! I hope it helps you too. Now we can discuss what charms we want next!

Lilly, Great Job, That is a lot of exercise, but looks like it's really paying off. congratulations on the "loss". And doesn't it feel wonderful to try on something that was too tight and it fit? Talk about incentive!!

Allison, I'm not sure I would like your Dr.'s book. I don't like anything that excludes that much food. Congratulations on joining the gym!!

Barbara, I'm a calorie counter too, in my head. With different sizes and servings I think it's impossible to get a truly acurate count. But so far, I'm doing well. I just make an effort to eat health.

goalsuccess, I'm refusing to buy any more apples untill they come in locally. Yes, the price is outragious, but the taste is off too. The last few ones I've bought just aren't right. I'm a stress eater too and with a stressful job, I'm stressed a lot!! I have to make a real effort to controle it. I'm proud to say that I skipped the donuts that a patients family brought in this weekend. I did look at them but decided "not worth the calories".

Jessica, Sometimes it's good to know something is wrong so we can fix it. The worry part is not knowing. Hope the new medication works well and the weight starts to come off again!

Allison, Hope you're feeling better. Your vacation sounds wonderful! Did you take pictures? Hint, hint.....
