I've only read through the first couple days worth of entries but there seem to be lots of entries (which I always like in a blog) and I already picked up a good tip about beet juice being potentially good for blood pressure (mmmm beets).

I am a huge fan of Blogs, including your story, Glory! I'm glad you brought the subject up, because I have wanted to ask people to recommend good ones for us all to read, Like Lyn's, Fiberlover's and yours. I find them to be excellent as motivators!
