Default Before & After photos

I just posted my before & after photos over in the photo gallery section, if you are interested ..

I only lost 40 pounds, which isn't nearly like what many of you have accomplished, but it sure has meant a lot to me ... :-D

The system won't let me post a link yet, because I don't have enough post history! But it's the most recent post in the Success Stories > Goal! > Goal Photo Album section.

"Only" 40 pounds? Don't be silly! That's a tremendous accomplishment and you should be very proud of yourself. We're proud of you!!

And everyone go look -- your pictures are awesome.

Onward to maintenance!

You look fantastic! I especially like the biking photo, in part because it's *hard* to feel so comfortable in your skin that you can wear lycra shorts and still smile so beautifully. Bravo!

Thank you so much for the supportive comments! I DO feel great! I have so much more energy and confidence in my ability to attempt new things. I'm so grateful to be able to run and hike and bike and keep up with my active DH and two teenage boys. Now the challenge is to stay this way ... 4 months on maintenance and counting.
