I could totally relate to your response. There was a 50 lb bag of sand in our basement and I tried to lift it... couldn't do it!
Then that got me thinking, I have about 2 of those in extra weight!
How is it possible for my poor body to be carrying around all that?! That was a wake up call for me.
That is one of the things I keep remembering to stick to my plan.
