Default Salad dressings

Has anyone tried the spray salad dressings? Does anyone know why they would not be an accepted product? 10 sprays=1 fat,1 carb,1sugar,95 sodium,10 calories. They are from wishbone. Trying to find things I like to keep on program.

Is there any fat free spray dressings? Because they are on plan. You can have 1T. FF salad dressing, any flavor, any variety, less than 175 mg sodium per T.

I use them and usually don't count them at all.... 10 sprays is a LOT!

I can't see what would be wrong in this product except 1 gm fat, and how bad could that be?

The LA thousand island dressing has 60 calories - 3 gms. fat= 240 gms. sodium- 7 carbs and equals 1 condiment. The counts are almost the same as the Kraft light thousand island dressing. Therefore I do not worry myself about doing fat free, because honestly IMO it is gross. I do lite dressings.

I use the sprays and they are good to spray on chicken and fish too, not just salads.

I bought the FF ranch for dh and he came home and told me to throw it away. He added hot sauce and it still was gross! So in the trash it went and back to light ranch I went. I do use the FF catalina, french, and 1000 Island. I don't see much difference, but he's right about the ranch! Yucko!
I have to admit, we use about two tablespoons each day because when you do three cups of lettuce and another cup of veggies, 1 tablespoon just won't do it.

According to the LA at home website dieticians, 10 sprays of the Wishbone salad spritzer is a condiment.

I have all 3 flavors of the spritzers and don't count them--they are so low in everything! I love the red wine mist on chicken breast--YUM. But they are all good.

I will have to try it on the chicken. Glad I asked the question. Any other hints?

Yes=- a. spray on sliced cukes or sliced tomatos and let sit for about a half an hour before you eat- the cukes and tomatos really absorb the flavors

b. spray on pita bread then toast pita bread and cut or rip into small chunks- use instead of croutons
