Default Slimfast and diarrhea... Help?

Hi, everybody,

I tried to post this just now and it didn't work. Sorry if I end up double posting... Is there any way to not get diarrhea when I drink slimfast? I have it as part of my diet plan and need either a way to stop the diarrhea, or a substitute meal drink that doesn't cause it. Thanks for any advice!

I wouldn't know what to suggest to you. I just wanted to say that you're not the only one who had that problem. My mother tried to do the Slimfast thing years ago and it gave her HORRIBLE diarrhea. Not good at all!

Default Thanks, y'all,

I was drinking the cappuccino delight flavor when I was getting the diarrhea. Today I switched to the chocolate flavor, and I haven't had diarrhea yet. I'll cross my fingers ( and my legs) and hope the chocolate will be okay for me. Thanks!
