1 head broccoli
4 slices low-sodium turkey bacon, cooked & crumbled
1/2 cup chopped red onion
1/2 cup raisins
8 oz shredded (or diced), reduced-fat cheddar cheese
1/2 cup plain nonfat yogurt
1/2 cup light mayonnaise
2 tbsp vinegar
1/8 to 1/4 cup SplendaŽ
1 cup halved cherry tomatoes
Trim off large leaves of broccoli; remove tough stalks at the end. Wash broccoli thoroughly. Cut flowerets and stems into bite-size pieces. Place in a large bowl.
Add bacon, onion, raisins, and cheese.
In a small bowl, combine remaining ingredients, stirring well. Add to broccoli mixture and toss gently to combine.
