I wouldn't worry about it when you are just starting out. You are probably going to average higher than the 2 lbs. a week anyway. I am on week 24 with 54 lbs. gone, so I am still averaging more than 2 lbs. a week.
It is not a different meal plan, they just incorporate the TO juice every 2 weeks and LA slimdowns in place of 1 protein and one starch for the day for I think 8 to 10 days out of the 2 weeks between the TO. We did our own version 2-3 months back, you might want to search for the thread. You can do it on your own, don't fork out extra money to them for it.
