Default French Mustard Chicken

Okay ladies - I found this recipe while reading the Health magazine during my elliptical cardio workout - I know this could be made OP(put my changes/suggestions in red) - I just wasnt' sure about the honey - it looks like everything else distributed by 4 would be ok - please tell me what you think - any other changes - and do you think the tbsp of honey would be that bad since it is for 4 servings??? It looks and sounds yummy. I went and looked it up this morning at www.unclebens.com - I think we could probably find alot there to make OP too.
