I don't know which plan is for me; I have a problem eating red meat and chicken and some dairy. I also cant eat to much rice .
All of these things give me.. diarrhea.
Do you think the Mediterranean plan will accommodate my "picky eating".

I think you have the right idea! When I read the first two lines of your post, I immediately thought "Mediterranean Diet" It sounds perfect! The Med diet encourages mostly plant based proteins, such as beans, and very little dairy. I see that you found our Med diet forum
