I tried using Fitday and I really don't like the format. I found a great free site spark people, you will have to do a search because it won't let me put the link in and they have a great tool. I enter all my food on that site and it's easy to use. If you sign up use me as a referal... KarlaB.

LA Lite Bars vary, but here are the states for the caramel LA lite..
Calories: 160; Total fat 4.5g; sodium 85 mg; total carbs 24g; dietary fiber 1g; protein 8g. I don't have the take off juice handy...if you still need those numbers I can get them tomorrow?
Joni - I WILL be still using Fitday - I fell off when all the bronchitis started. I was at work when I posted originally, but since have entered a bunch of customized foods. Also, FYI, it was a little time consuming at first, but you really do only eat so many things. Once I customized, it went a lot faster.
