HeatherPP - I really liked her book. I found her to be motivational (I need to read it again) and very down to earth. Since you're so into training, I'd really pick it up because there are TONS of toning and aerobic exercises in there as well as a rigorous training schedule. There's information on foods to avoid and she even explains the glycemic index. For instance, I read in there that a lot of the foods that are OP on LAWL have high glycemic indexes and should be avoided because they lead to more starch cravings. Very interesting to find out.
