Default I'm joining!

I have scheduled my first meeting for this Saturday. I am excited and nervous at the same time.

I know that there are daily menus and different color plans.

I have looked through the menus and never saw oatmeal?

Salt seems to be a big no no as well.

I have done WW in the past have yo-yo from self up from 148 to 215 in 12 years and 3 boys later.

I can't recommend this program enough--it has been fabulous for me and Dh (hubby) It's great you are excited. Come over to the losers and friends thread--ask all the questions you want--someone has surely been there. Good Luck. Oatmeal is in the book--1/2 cup counts as a starch (I think)

Welcome and good luck- it's a great program if you work it and it's a way you can eat for the rest of your life. Yes, 1/2 c. cooked oatmeal is a starch, but the serving is so small, I hate to waste a starch on it. The salt restrictions are all about retaining water. Some people are more sensitive than others. Your taste buds adapt and soon you won't even miss the salt and when you have something really salty, it won't taste as good.

WELCOME !!!

I think it's a good decision on your part. I have never lost as much weight as I have on this plan and I have done every diet known to man. The first payments are tough but thats what I think makes me do it. I don't want to spend all that money and mess it up. I won't go back to any other diet.
Just my opinion,
