Default Food Diaries

I've noticed that a lot of you use fitday... is there a better program out there? I've been using it the past few days and I'm not thrilled with it... it doesn't seem to have a lot of the right values for foods, etc and it's time consuming to customize everything!!! Plus, it doesn't track some pretty important nutrients! I need something better!

Well I don't know anything about fod diaries because I actually make up my daily diary BEFORE I eat anything...
