If you exercise 5 or more hours then red or red 1. Depends what you're doing. Do ask your COD for details. Red is also for you if you qwork long hours or graveyards.

My center said under 2hrs, Purple, and over, Red. In addition to working out, I have three active little kids and work from home well into midnight each night. who knows....

I have a question too - is the 2 vs. 5 hours - is that strictly cardio only?

In training I was told cardio that goes above and beyond your normal daily routine. I'll double check if you'd like.

Hi all,
So now I'm confused. I just joined this week and I think I'm on the Blue plan. The kit looks blue/tealish color. I however took the lites and I exercise daily. What am I missing. Plan consists of 21/2p,3v,3f,3s,1d,1f,2lites.
Also I only need to lose 15lbs
Thanks
*Laura*

Yep. You are on the blue plan! If you have an odd schedule, like shifts or something, that will be what they put you on!
