Lemon Juice????

Okay chickies what is the deal with the lemon juice. I keep seeing everyone talking about it. How do you make it, when do you drink it and how often? Does it really help?

yes you heat lemon juice and water and drink it in order to get rid of water weight quickly
I cut a lemon in half, sueeze the juice in a mug, stick the 1/2 lemon in the mug, and fill with water. Then I microwave it until it is hot.
