Well-you can do it! -a little momentum goes a long way . . . . this challenge has been great-I actually like the shakes for dinner . . . .
Today should be interesting-we have a lunch seminar where they serve pizza (pizzicato! for any portlanders who know how amazing their pepperoni is) and I brought my WW pizza in. The question is-do I nuke it and take it with me to the seminar and have some of the yummy spinach/bluecheese/walnut/apple salad they usually have, or wait until after. I usually eat lunch before noon-so waiting til 1pm will be difficult . . . .Also-everybody will ask what I'm doing . . .I dunno.

aggie, i am with ya. My numbers are almost exact, Friday is the beginning of week 4 for me, and man has it been slooooow. My counselor (5th in a many visits) looked over my book very carefully and suggested I lay off the oatmeal. I was devouring 2 starches with a jumbo bowl of the stuff and no protein in sight. So we'll see how that helps. But I know how ya feel when so many posters are down 30# or already on stabilization. So off we go, I'd like to down 15 by Mem Day weekend, and 30 by 4th of July. Big goals! Mother in law visits this weekend, diet will be a secret or she may shove me head first into the land of fat and sugar.

im wondering how are people doing on the challenge...is it a 2lbs per week loss, more or less...im not exactly sure what to hope for...i know its not magic...and 2lbs per week would me more than i would be happy with...i would be extatic with reaching 165 by the end of the 6weeks...any insight?

Heather - I definately think you need to eat something before your work out if you are already feeling week and sick to go work out might make you pass out or something!! I probably would eat some protien!
