Okay chickies I have a problem. Last week I went to Vegas and I tried to say as OP as possible. But I didnt eat 5 times a day. Everyday we did eat breakfast and dinner and those meals I was OP. Some days we did lunch. I got back on friday and tried to get back OP but I noticed I wasnt hungry and wasnt eating enough. Then on saturday I got the flu and have been sick since then. The last time I ate was on saturday. I tried to eat some wheat thins today which I have here at work and I think I had about 3 or 4 of them. Thats it since saturday. I just cant seem to eat and when I do its about a fourth of what I used to eat. Any suggestions? I was thinking of just trying to snack all day and not eating really big meals. Or only eating 3 meals a day with no snacks until I start to get hungry again. I know I need to eat and I am trying my body just wants nothing to do with food right now.
Wow Megan, are you contagious? Will you breathe on me? Just kidding. I would go for snacking all day to try to get OP. Your body is gonna go into starvation mode and stop losing if you keep cutting out your calories.

i know and thats what im afraid of. I dont want to go into starvation mode. As for being contagious I probably am and the dbf will be getting it here soon I bet. I would be more than happy to breathe on you. However you dont need it chickie you are doing wonderful and look amazing!!! I made the dbf look at your before and after pics this weekend and told him I wanted that!!
Eating little when sick is a normal thing - don't sweat it. Your appetite should return as your body heals, and then you can return to your plan. You won't flip into starvation mode over night, so relax, take it easy and recover. Hope you feel better soon
