I'm just popping in quick to tell all you ladies, Dairy, Deets, Aggie, Ljackson, Angelica, Stiesta, Karen and Tina, you all look wonderful! I can see major differences in all the pictures. You should all be proud and you're all great motivation for all the women on here! Way to go!

Default Reverse Before and After!
Since I don't have any pic of me right now and i can't really tell the difference yet i thought I'd post a sort of reverse before and after...This kind of motivates me to try to get back and be even better than I was before!

This is me when my youngest was about 4 months old ( I have no full body shots, i wouldn't let anyone take any!) Yikes! what a double chin!



And this was in 2001 before I graduated school and before the kids ( I'm in the black dress, pictured w/ my cousin) I was at about 165 lbs the lightest I've ever been!


That's why my goal is 150 since I've never even known what that's like...Wish me luck 'cause this time I will do it!!!

WOW GIRL YOU LOOK GREAT!!!! I have a picture of myself in the fridge when I was (a long time ago) in my ideal weight I post it over there so it reminds me where I want to look forward too! You are very pretty!

Denise--you look terrific--and you will get there again, you are certainly on the right track--my baby is 6 and I still blame my pooch on her! The photo is a great motivation.

Denise - great pictures. I agree with what someone else said I would be hanging that black dress picture on my fridge on my mirror to motivate me. Congrats on finding the waist again!
