Default Hmr
Hi, tomorrow I am going to start HMR, does any one tried this diet?. I heard its good, I don't know if I'm in right thread but I need your help and support to everyone. Thanks

haha, okay, nevermind...I just did a 30-second Google search. Nope, I've never tried it--I don't do plans that just try to sell me shakes and supplements

If you google "liquid diet disscusion board" you will find a large group of people doing all kinds of liquid diets.
