Default Take off question

I recently did the 2 day take off....(home version with the Knudsen juice etc) but like a dummy I followed the old 3 day info then noticed a note I had from this site stating you can now have 2 servings of low fat cheese on the 2 day????? I just wanted to verify.

The old 3 day there was nothing but greens and meat....the new 2 day allows cheese and mayo?

Thanks
Jane

oh by the way...even though I suffered for the 2 days I have 5 pounds gone to show for it!

oh and if I could ask another question......I know the Luna bars are a "substitute" for the LA Lite bars...but what do you do for the snacks that you can buy at the center...are there comparable chips, cheese snacks etc. out there?

I know they count as a starch.

Hello Jane:
If you are doing the unlimited you can have cheese (2oz) and light mayo(1 tbsp). But if you do the limited(a.k.a. the killer), that's when you can't use fats, cheese or condiments. Congratulations in your lost!!!!!

So little dieters beware , don't cheat when you are sick....i should of listened to repo and made the soup.

TO day one, here I am, anyone wants to join me?

You don't do limited if you are not doing the lites. I do unlimited every time, and have had success. Just use lighter proteins. I try to add about 400 more protein calories than are allowed on limited, so that I don't go too crazy. No one should tell me any food is unlimited, I get too excited, LOL!!!

When I did TO last time they had me do limited even though they know I cant do the lites. hmmmm.... I am really getting frustrated with my center. It seems like they know nothing. I wish it would go back to the original people who were there. Who knew what they were talking about. I swear I should stop asking my center questions and just leave everything for you ladies. You know more than they do!!

I did the limited TO without lites the first time, too. I about starved to death! I asked the manager at my center about it, and she said that was a mistake of theirs, that no way should you do Limited TO without the bars. That is when I devised my own unlimited with 400 extra protein calories.

You know I never thought about adding something to replace the lights, nor did I consider doing the unlimited. I did the limited TO a few weeks back - lost 3 pounds - and no lites either. Truly a serious lack of food.

Was away this past Friday and Saturday and gained 3 pounds ( a real bummer after being down to my biggest loss). Came home and started a Limited TO today (no lites). Am really hungry right now. May add some extra protein tomorrow if I am starving.

Another Question though!!!

Do you have to have the same protein all day? I've been doing the 12 egg whites and have divided them up throughout the day. Was considering doing shrimp or chicken tomorrow. What do you think? The sheet that I have lists all sorts of different proteins. Perhaps they just gave me an old sheet.

I always have different proteins, usually a combo of eggs, chicken, and fish.
