Has anyone tried this or is anyone doing it now? I started on Monday. I've lost 2 lbs already (all water weight I'm sure). I have to say that so far I really like it. I mostly like the fact that the meals are entirely laid out for you, and the recipes I've tried so far have been really good. I thought I would get sick of the one main flavor each day, but for some of the meals it's really subtle. I was on the South Beach Diet, but I didn't really lose anything. I think I just ate way too many calories and too big portions. Anyways, just wondering if anyone else out there is trying it. I'll keep you posted with my results.
