Hi Everyone-- My name is Jenn and I'm brand new to the boards and to LAWL. Today was my first day on Fast Forward and I'm starving! I hope this gets better and that it works....

Anyway-- I just wanted to introduce myself and say hi. Sending easy dieting vibes to all of you!

Jenn--you will be shocked at the level of support and all the great tips these gals offer! I love getting ideas for food, snacks, and motivation from this site. Remember--we are all in this together. During Take Off I think that water (literally guzzling) really helps with hunger. Small consolation but worth it.

Thanks for the warm welcome everyone! I had my first weigh in today and program explanation--and I lost 5lbs! How is that possible in less than 2 days? I think my clothes were a bit lighter today. In any case--I'm on the red program. The portions seem so small! I hope I can do this. I now have to dig out my food scale.

The starch portions are small, but when you weigh out 8 oz of chicken, you are gonna be amazed at how much that is. WTG on the 5 lbs. That is what happens on TO!

Welcome! Congratulations on 5 pounds and finding this site. There's a tremendous amount of information and support here. I'm pretty sure I couldn't lost what I lost without it!!! And really good recipes on the recipe thread!

mom~ you will also find that although the portions aren't huge you have so many smaller meals throughout the day that you are full and sometimes can't even seem to get all the food in.
