The book is available on Amazon here.

I know that we have members who have tried the plan (I used our excellent search engine and looked for "90/10"). Haven't read the book myself but from what I've heard and read about it, it seems to be a very sensible plan - based on moderation, portion control, and apparently free from gimmicks.

Besides, it's on Amazon for less than $3.00 right now
