Hey guys...I'm wondering if 1/2 cup of sherbert would count as a starch since 1/2 c. frozen yogurt does. Any ideas?

Check the label. If it comes in close to 90 calories, you are good to go. I would not go over 90, however. I have had some sherbert that fit the bill before.
