Is it wrong that I eat Egg Beaters and/or chicken every day? I got a printout from my Center saying that it was best to eat "unlimited" quantities of these per week. Meaning that I could eat Egg Beaters and Chicken every day if I wanted, but it said that, like tuna, I should eat once a week, beef 3 times a week, etc. I eat either/or the beaters or chicken and various times throughout the day. This seems to be working for me, but I don't know. I'm just a bit confused I guess. I don't really like to mix things up I guess, I like to stick with what I know works.
