Question Artichokes
I am using an older gold plan. I know they changed the dairy portion. Did they change the veggies to include artichokes? Or are they considered too starchy?

I'm not on the gold plan yet, but the red plan has 1/2 C artichoke as one V.

1/2 cup on gold... i think veggies anf ruits are same on all plans
