Anybody ever hear of the Fat Resistance Diet?
Written by Dr Leo Galland, I saw a piece in First magazine, so I ordered the book from Amazon. I've started to read it. Parts of it reminded me of South Beach somewhat, except he has you eating certain fruits in his Phase 1.
I can tell I'd have to mail order certain ingredients, like cherry and blueberry concentrate. He's big on pomegranate juice - only certain supermarkets here carry that.
He does have a website, I don't think this forum will let me give the link, but take out the spaces and the word "the" and add the dot com.
Any other chicks tried this or am I the first to investigate it?
