Default Volumetrics VS Abs Diet

I wise they would have reviewed the abs diet in the diets area but they haven't. Has anyone tried or read the abs diet. Eventhough it is noted in men's health i hear it is really a good book and diet for anyone. I am trying to choose between these two. Eventhough the voulmetrics seems good i have read in some places that it can take too much preperation time. Anyone got some info.

Hi there. I have recently switched to the Abs diet. I bought the book pretty cheap at Target and then went online to their web site. I was looking for something that didn't involve counting calories, wasn't psychotically low-carb and advocated healthy, less processed foods. So far, I have not been disappointed. I just honestly cannot see myself continuing to count calories for the rest of my life (my previous weight loss method) so I needed something simpler. Do some research to see if it's for you. Oh, and eventhough it's from Men's Health it is just as healthy for women to follow it (women's portions are smaller but the food is the same). Hope this helps.

I recommend the Absdiet. My bf and I both do it and I feel so much better now! I have so much more energy!
