I know this is an old thread, but I wanted to share what I found out at COD today.
When I looked up 4" wheat pita on fitday, it spewed out the nutritional info for it (don't remember exactly what it said). I went and looked at my bag of Kkangaroo 6" whole wheat pitas and the nutritional info was nearly the same - the 6" ones were about 4 calories and 1 g carbo . So, I asked the little barbie doll at the COD about this, and wondered if I could have a whole 6" pita. She said that she thought it would be ok, but if I started to gain on it (I tend to get in a rut with my starches, and eat only pitas until the bag is gone) then I should cut 1" off the pita and that would be fine. HUH?
Anyway, just thought I'd share that bit of pseudoscience with ya'all!
